A truly diverse and inclusive workplace environment requires company-wide involvement. The prioritization of diversity and inclusion must come from the organization’s leadership team in order to ensure that all employees buy into the vision. Additionally, managers should be adequately trained to ensure they carry out the company’s vision of D&I.
